Complaints
Wizard
To
make a complaint online via HowtoComplain.com you must first identify
to whom you should complain. We are constantly updating our databases
and it may be that we have not listed the name of the required organisation.
If this is the case you can bring it to our attention by sending
us an e-mail (click
here). If you know the contact details of the relevant organisation
please do send them to us (click
here).
You
can access all information regarding complaints procedures, regulatory
issues and contact details via the menu to the left of this page.
Please have a good browse through these sectors as we may have included
the relevant industry or public sector organisation under a different
category than you might have thought.
To
access general complaints procedures simply select a relevant sector
from the menu on the left of this page, choose a subsector and then
click on the nformation
point.
Otherwise
you can browse our Know Your Rights
section for access to various sources of information and advice
(Trading Standards for example).
Failing
all else why not post a message on our Open
Forum which others will be able to read and reply to. This is
often a good way of getting advice from people who may have had
similar experiences. If you are stuck then send us an e-mail and
will do our best to point you in the right direction.
As
with all issues, you can contact your local Trading
Standards office and
Citizen's Advice Bureau for
advice and information if you are unsure on what action to take.
