want you to be satisfied with your experience of dealing with
our members. For that reason we have created this single resource
to help you resolve any complaint you may have with a member
of our association.
We
have devised the following 3 step complaint procedure to help
make sure your complaint is dealt with quickly and effectively.

1 - |
In the
first instance please contact directly the company with whom
you have been dealing. Most complaints can be resolved very
early on if the problem is raised promptly. Please select
the relevant company from the list below to contact the provider
of the goods or service directly:

2 - |
If
you have been unable to resolve your complaint with the company
please let us know. We will:
- Acknowledge
receipt of your complaint within 24 hours
- Contact you regarding your complaint within 10 working days

If
you have been unable to resolve your complaint you can refer
it to the ombudsman. The ombudsman is an independent body
that will consider unresolved complaints.
