to be the consumers friend, this site strives to help
with the frequently messy complaints process (What went
wrong? What redress do you want?) and hosts two community
message boards. It will help forward fuming emails to
the right person and follow up the problem to see how
the company responded. However, it cannot do what Digusted
of Tunbridge Wells would really like, and liaise throughout
- hence the lack of a phone number (always a bad sign
in my book). Good as far as it goes, but the site needs
a navigation overhaul to sort out some inadequate signposting.
